As soon as you place your order, the item(s) will be mailed to you within two (2) working days. Once you complete the payment there is no option to return your money back.

There are two (2) options to receive your order. a) By air-mail delivery and b) By registered air-mail delivery.

Option b) is a bit more expensive but ensures that the customer will receive a receipt that the goods were sent and there is a way to track down all shipped packages.

For reasons of rationalizasion all orders that exceed two (2) kilos will be mailed to you as registered packages.

All our items are carefully packaged, but in case you receive the goods damaged we can replace them just once but you have to notify us by email or phone within 2 (two) days from the day you receive the package and return the defect items to us.

For the territory of Greece only there is the option of sending any goods by cash on delivery. If you live in Greece and you decide to order by this way, then you are responsible to take care of payment upon receipt of goods within ten (10) days. You can also place your order by email.
